Doctors and staff are friendly, personable and skilled! I had gum grafts done yesterday and have no pain after 1 day. All seems to be progressing nicely and the procedure was painless. Thumbs up!

Dr. Hall did a phenomenal job with my crown lengthening procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Talia was incredibly sweet, and the entire team helped transform my smile. Everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and so helpful throughout the whole process!

Dr. Hall was wonderful! During my consultation he spent time carefully explaining the implant procedure and what would be happening during the following few months. The day of my procedure went smoothly and I had no pain during or following the implant. The office went over in detail the discharge paperwork and Dr. Hall called that evening to check on me. I had a two week follow up where he explained brushing for my implant and surrounding gums where he had also done surgery. I am very happy with my results and would definitely recommend this office for implant or gum surgery.

Ok so this place is seriously the best Dr.Hall and Mary were amazing. I had a gum graft done along with having another little operation and I was SO scared. They treated me with so much kindness and care I feel so silly for being so scared now. The best I have ever been treated by far.

Dr. Hall, Talia, and the rest of the staff were phenomenal from start to finish. Dr. Hall has exceptional bedside manner and even took time to personally call the evening of my procedure and then followed up the next day to ensure things were healing properly. The follow up visits were also easy and quick!

Always a bit apprehensive when having dental work, but my experience could not have been better at Metrolina Periodontics. Greeted warmly as I entered the facility and things only got better. Confident, after only a few minutes that I had made the right choice choosing the best periodontist. Sheen was amazing, always wearing a smile that made me feel even more comfortable. Doctor Ficca was very thorough, fast and talked on a level that I understood completely. Never thought I would say that I'm eager for my next appointment, but with a team like Dr. Ficca and Sheena how could I ever go wrong. A++++++++++++

If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! I had extensive gum grafting and an implant placed and my experience from start to finish was perfection. Professionalism, compassion, friendliness, and quality were woven into every encounter I had with this team. I met multiple staff along the way and every one of them were so kind and welcoming and genuinely made me feel at ease and cared for. The quality and outcome of the procedures Dr. Ficca did were amazing! He has a very gentle, calming demeanor which established immediate trust. I even had a quick encounter with Dr. Hall for a quick suture removal (after hours but necessary because I had trimmed the stitches too short snd they were uncomfortable). He happily drove into the office to assist me and while I was very apologetic that he had to come in on a Saturday, he reassured me multiple times that it was ok and he was so, incredibly kind. I can’t recommend this practice enough and am SO thankful I was referred to them.
